Fred Buttard / IFMGA Mountain guide

Born and raised in the Alps, I’ve been working ten years as a professional mountain guide in Chamonix. Since a few years I’m living and working between my home valley ( la Maurienne), Norway and basically all around the world. From the famous and huge Alps to the secret scandinavian mountains, it’s the quest for wilderness that keeps my motivation up and feeds my dreams of climbing, skiing, splitboarding and telemark.

Mats Drougge a lover of powder and groomers, founder of Stranda Snowboards and riding sideways since the 70s. I’m shaping snowboards that maximizes float, glide and edge hold, cause it makes me happy. I love snowboarding and want to progress the sport as much as possible.

Spor guiding is a family-owned guide company that are located in Langfjordbotn, the heart of the Finnmark alps.

Husband and wife, Tore & Gro, and their son Vegard live and runs the company in Langfjordbotn. Tore and Vegard work as guides and are both grown up in these mountains. Gro are managing director and has the big picture of it all. We in Spor guiding has safety and good experiences in nature as our main goal.

Parken Gård Husky is a family-run dog sledding business situated between the steep mountains in Langfjordbotn.

Come with us on a husky ride in the amazing Finnmark Alps.

Dogmushers Arne Karlstrøm and Marianne Skjøthaug run the business, with a little help from our daughter Mina. In addition to our huskies, we are also dairy farmers and we love sharing our knowledge of dog sledding and farming with our guests.

More than just cars. Harila has a long-standing tradition of going the extra mile for the customers. They believe in treating our customers as guests in our own home.

We are fortunate to collaborate with the Harila Group for transportation, allowing us to use electric vehicles at our festival.

Today, Harila has locations spread across Northern Troms and Finnmark. There branches represent car brands such as Toyota, Lexus, Volvo, Volkswagen, BYD, and Skoda.At the festival, we drive Toyota.

Together with Alta Kommune we are creating a local day together with BUA.
